Refund policy

We would like you to have complete satisfaction when buying products from Berrylush. You can return all items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased with no questions asked. We will refund the complete order amount.

Note: Due to the personal nature of Perfumes and Swimwear, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these categories. Items like inner-wear, personal care, make-up, socks and certain accessories do not come under our return policy.

If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item.

All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
