1. What is Berrylush’s 30-days return & exchange policy? How does it work?
Berrylush’s 30-days returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased from the Berrylush website/m-site/app for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
NOTE: Due to the personal nature of Perfumes and Swimwear, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Any item that have been worn or washed.
- Free product provided by brand
- We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Berrylush’s website, mobile site, or app. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.
- Please check the items, type of return/exchange, and other related details carefully. Our courier partner will pick up only the items mentioned at the time of submitting the return/exchange request by you
- In case the items handed over to the courier person don't match the details of the items mentioned in the return/exchange request, we will conduct an internal probe and get back to you accordingly
- If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
2. Which products are not eligible for return and exchange?
Due to the personal nature of Perfumes and Swimwear, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these categories. Items like inner-wear, personal care, make-up, socks and certain accessories do not come under our return policy.
3. How do I return products purchased from Berrylush?
For Return/Exchange query, Please Contact us on Whatsapp at: +91 82877 65980 (9 AM - 6PM, Mon - Fri) OR mail us on email@example.com. We will arrange free pick up of the order.
We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
4. Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes. The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
5. Can I return part of my order?
Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/replacement/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.
6. How long will it take for me to receive the refund of my returned product?
In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 5-7 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- For cash on delivery transactions ,we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order from Berrylush?
For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. You can do so by below methods.
