Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
How do I return/exchange an item?
Products can be returned/exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Note: Due to the personal nature of Perfumes and Swimwear, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these categories. Items like inner-wear, personal care, make-up, socks and certain accessories do not come under our return policy.
For Return/Exchange query, Please Contact us on Whatsapp at: +91 82877 65980 OR mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange free pick up of the order.
We will personally ensure that the issue is resolved satisfactorily. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Following products shall not be eligible for return:
· Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
· Any item that have been worn or washed.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed and credited in your bank account within 5-7 working days from the date of courier being received in our warehouse.
How do I cancel an order?
